Billed monthly, cancel any time. There is no free plan: every scan costs real server time, so every account is a paid one. When the service is busy, scans wait in a queue in plan order (Sprint, then Apply, then Search) and you get an email when yours is done.

How the limits work.

Three words carry the whole plan: a search, a scan, and an application.

  • A search is one kind of job you are looking for.For example “Backend Engineer, Georgia or remote”: the job titles, the place, and the resume to attach. It is saved once and has no limit on how many jobs it finds. Plans include 2, 5 or 15.
  • A scan runs all your searches. You press Scan for new jobs; the service reads the careers sites of the companies hiring for your titles and brings back every match, newest first. One scan a day, and the next one opens when every job from the last has a decision. “Skip the rest” clears what remains.
  • An application is Apply or Prefill on a job. That is what the plan counts: 25, 50 or 200 a day. Skipping, removing and shortlisting are free, so you can go through the whole scan on any plan.
  • At the limit, the queue pauses. It tells you how many jobs are waiting and when you can continue, 24 hours after the day's first application, and offers the next plan up.

When you reach the day's number

The fine print, in large print.

  • No free plan, no trial. One scan reads hundreds of careers sites. That is real server time and real data costs for every account, so every account pays. What you get before paying: this site, the guides, and the first three setup steps, where you see your suggested searches.
  • Monthly, cancel any time.Cancel from your account page. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. [to confirm: refund policy]
  • Change plans as the search changes.Start on Search while you look around, move to Sprint for the weeks you are applying full time, drop back when interviews start. The queue offers the next plan up when you reach the day's limit.
  • The scan queue. The service runs one scan at a time. When several people ask at once, requests wait in line: Sprint, then Apply, then Search. You get an email when yours is done and can keep working on the postings you have.
  • When the service is full. There is a ceiling on how many accounts it can serve well. When it is reached, new sign-ups join a waiting line and get an email when a place opens. Nobody is charged while waiting.
  • Payments.Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Questions about plans

What does it cost?

Three plans: Search at $19 a month, Apply at $39 and Sprint at $79. They differ in how many applications you can send a day (25, 50 or 200), how many searches and resumes you can have, and whether Prefill is included. The pricing page has the full table.

What counts as an application?

Pressing Apply or Prefill on a job. Skipping a job, removing it or shortlisting it does not count, so you can go through as many jobs as you like.

When you reach your plan's number for the day, the queue pauses. It shows how many jobs are still waiting and how long until you can continue, and offers the next plan up if you would rather not wait.

Why can't I scan again straight away?

Two reasons. A scan is real work for the service, so there is one a day. And the next scan opens only when every job from the last one has a decision, so nothing worth applying to is buried under new arrivals. If you have seen enough, “Skip the rest” clears what remains.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

No. Every scan reads hundreds of careers sites and costs real server time, so every account is a paid one. You can cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, from your account page, at any time. A job search ends, and the plan is meant to end with it.

What is the scan queue?

The service runs one scan at a time. When several people ask at once, the requests wait in line: Sprint first, then Apply, then Search, and in the order they were asked within a plan. You get an email when yours is done, and you can keep working on the postings you already have.

Pick a plan in step 4.

Start with your email. You see your suggested searches before you pay anything.
