Final Resume

Terms, in plain language.

A draft of what you and the service agree to.

Draft. This page has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the legal entity, governing law and refund terms are not filled in yet. Last updated 1 October 2026.

What the service is

Final Resume reads public job postings from employers' careers systems, shows you the ones that match your searches, and, on plans that include Prefill, fills application forms on your computer for you to review and submit.

What stays yours

  • Every application. You review and submit each one yourself. What you send to an employer, including any drafted answer you left in the form, is your statement and your responsibility.
  • The truth of your details. Prefill types what you saved. Keep it accurate.
  • Your accounts with employers. Each employer's site has its own terms; you agree to those yourself when you apply.

What the service does not promise

  • That it lists every open job, or that a listed posting is still open at the moment you open it. Postings are as fresh as your last scan.
  • That a fit score is right. It is an opinion produced by an AI model.
  • That Prefill fills every field, or fills it correctly. That is what the review step is for.
  • That a scan starts at once. When the service is busy, requests wait in a queue in plan order.
  • That an application leads to an interview or an offer.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel. You can change or cancel a plan from your account page; cancelling keeps your access until the end of the paid month. Limits for each plan are listed on the pricing page.

Fair use

One account is for one person's own job search. Do not use it to apply on behalf of other people, to submit applications you have not read, or to collect postings for republication.

No affiliation

Final Resume is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of the applicant-tracking systems or employers whose public careers pages it reads. Their names are used only to say which systems are supported.
